Norteak is locally managed in Nicaragua, while the majority of shareholders are based in Norway.

Norteak AS – Norway
Norteak AS, headquartered in Oslo, Norway, is the parent company and includes 40 shareholders—ranging from pension funds and private investors to family-owned capital.Institutional investors hold approximately 50% of the shares, providing the company with long-term stability and strategic financial backing.
Board of Directors
Norteak’s board consists of six members, including three forestry experts from Norway who guide the company’s strategic direction.The company’s financial administration is managed by Industrifinans Forretningsførsel AS, ensuring professional oversight and accountability.
Norteak Nicaragua S.A.
Local operations are managed by Norteak Nicaragua S.A., based in Managua.The head office team includes four administrative and management professionals who coordinate forestry investments and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Forestry Operations – Camoapa
The core of our forestry activities is located in Camoapa, Nicaragua, at La Embajada farm. Here, all plantation operations are coordinated and executed.
